West Bank: IDF arrests 23 Palestinians, including officials

Israeli Defense Forces arrested 23 Palestinians, including two members of the Palestine National Council, in operations across the West Bank. There are 6,700 Palestinians currently held in prisons and camps in Israel and in the West Bank.

Israeli Defense Forces troops arrested 23 Palestinians, including a Hamas legislator and a member of Palestine National Council (PNC), in operations across the West Bank June 28. Among the detained is Hamas legislator Nasser Abduljawad, who was taken from his home in the village of Deir Ballout, to the west of Salfeet.
